Taapsee was staying at a hotel when the hotel staff received a note from a parent of a girl who happens to be a huge fan of the actress. The note was penned by a parent who expressed their gratitude to Taapsee for etching an inspirational role model from her career choices for young girls to be inspired from. The note read, ‘Thanks for selecting the roles which all females relate to. You are an inspiration to all the hard working girls. My daughter gets motivated when she watches you in Shabana. You prove that in the glamour world it’s not only the glamour, but hard work and dedication provides the output.’
Taapsee shared this adorable message she received on her social media expressing her gratitude, but also hoped she could meet and know the person who left her the note. The team today leaves for Toronto where the world premiere of the film is scheduled to take place at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival.
3/17Anurag Kashyap reveals what exactly caused friction between Abhishek Bachchan and him
Recently, Abhishek Bachchan opened up on the reasons why Anurag Kashyap and him had differences around the time when Mani Ratnam’s ‘Yuva’ released. Now, Anurag has shed light on what exactly caused friction between them. Anurag, who was the writer of ‘Yuva’, reportedly said that he wrote in his blog that the film could have been better and he thought that Abhishek took it hard because that was a performance that everyone appreciated. This led to them not talking to each other for almost 10-15 years.
The two have finally broken that barrier between them and have collaborated on ‘Manmarziyaan’, which is scheduled to release on September 14, 2018.

Taapsee recently posted a candid picture of herself with Anurag from the sets of the film and called it as their “Tom & Jerry moment”. The caption read, “Yes ! That’s what used to happen ! Our never ending Tom and Jerry moment on the sets of #Manmarziyaan

5/17Abhishek Bachchan and Anurag Kashyap had differences on the sets of ‘Yuva’
Anurag Kashyap and Abhishek Bachchan are coming together with their love triangle ‘Manmarziyaan’ which is all set to release on September 14, 2018. But it’s a lesser known fact that all was not well between Abhishek and Anurag a couple of years ago.
The two had previously worked together on Mani Ratnam’s ‘Yuva’ and perhaps Anurag did not like his work in the film and hence there was an unsaid tension between the two which they have now put behind themselves. In a recent interview Abhishek jokingly said that Anurag, who was the writer of the film, maybe didn’t like his work. Talking further about it, Abhishek deemed it fair because they had spent a lot of time doing readings for the film and somewhere, maybe Anurag felt a little disappointed when he watched the movie; but they never spoke about it. Abhishek summed up by saying it’s all in the past and they have moved on now.
