Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are all set for Shashank Khaitan’s ‘Dhadak’, the Hindi remake of ‘Sairat’. No doubt the duo is excited for this Karan Johar’s project ‘Dhadak’, at the same time, they are also weighing the burden of ‘comparison’ made between the two films.
Talking about the comparisons, Janhvi to a media house said that they knew judgements were bound to happen and she always feels her character from ‘Dhadak’ is constantly been compared to Archie from ‘Sairat’. She also divulged that there have been days when she was down and out about the comparisons made. This judgements made the actress sad at times. However, the actress further added that she is happy that she is acting and is in front of the camera doing what she loves a lot.
While ‘Dhadak’ is Ishaan Khatter’s second venture in Bollywood, Janhvi would debut in Bollywood with the movie. The film is slated to release on 20th July, 2018.

Recently during an interaction with a magazine, Janhvi revealed that she had deleted all her pictures from Instagram before making her account ‘public’. Janhvi said that she used to have a private profile on Instagram and then when she was asked to make her profile public so she deleted everything from the beginning.

‘Dhadak’ is an adaptation of the Marathi superhit ‘Sairat’. Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, the film is slated to hit the screens on July 20, 2018.
