On Monday, the trailer of ‘Dhadak’, that introduces Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter in Bollywood, will finally be out. With the invitations sent and the clock ticking down to the big launch, all eyes will be on the young pair as they aim to tell this romantic tale laced with tragedy.
As we all know, this big break will also be a bittersweet moment for the starlet and her family, owing to the sudden demise of her mother, the legendary actress Sridevi.
While Janhvi may or may not be getting the jitters, big brother and Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor stepped in to give her a few encouraging words in the form of a note which he shared on social media. Starting off by apologising that he couldn’t be with her on the big day, he lent her some well-acquired words of advice and wished her the best saying, “Tomorrow you will be part of the audience forever #JanhviKapoor cause your trailer comes out… Firstly, sorry I’m not there in Mumbai but I’m by your side, don’t worry.
I just wanted you to know this profession is amazing if you work hard, be honest, learn to take the accolades with the brickbats, respect opinions, yet follow your own path & instinct. It’s not gonna be easy but I know you are ready for all the madness that will ensue.
All the best for #Dhadak! I’m certain that my friends @ShashankKhaitan & @karanjohar have presented you & #IshaanKhatter as the modern Romeo & Juliet with elan!!!”
It didn’t take the starlet too long to acknowledge the heartwarming note and replied saying, “I’ll make you’ll proud I promise.”
According to reports, Janhvi and sister Khushi are set to join Arjun in London with their father Boney Kapoor, post the trailer launch.
